Jamaican Olympic star, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce took the top spot in the women’s 200m at the Prefontaine Classic on Saturday.
However, before Fraser-Pryce stopped the clock in a season’s best 22.41 she was seen dancing to music playing via her AirPods.
Price was asked by @citiusmag what she was listening to in preparation for the race. To which she said, “London” by trap dancehall hit maker Skeng.

Her music choice in in staunch contrast to her Olympic team-mate and fastest woman alive Elaine Thompson Herah who said that she does not listen to dancehall .
Herah made the statement while on the grounds in Trench Town to welcome British Prince William and his wife Kate to Jamaica recently. In speaking with Tv host Anthony Miller, she was asked the “What’s on your playlist? What are you listening to? Who are your favorite DJs? I know you like to dance”
She responded, ” I like to dance but I think its back then, I am a little mature, I am a more grown up now”
“My most playlist is like gospel right now and I have a-lot of gospel that I listen to but I don’t listen to dancehall,” She continued.
London by Skeng is the No. 2 most streamed song in Jamaica last week.
