Grammy award winning artist Moses Davis popularly known as Beenie Man proposes to his long time spouse Camille Lee. The Doctor made the announcement of his “New beginning” which the public only came aware of in 2021 but he says the proposal has been in the making for 23 years on Instagram. He stands face to face with his wife-to-be attempting to place a ring on her finger.
“23 years in the making, but finally found my forever with Camille. She’s been my rock, lifting me up and supporting me through every emotional roller coaster,” he captions the video.
No stranger to marriage, Beenie Man, 51, previously wedded Michelle Downer aka D’Angel in a sprawling ceremony at the Craighton Estate, Irish Town in 2006.
The marriage lasted four years and they filed for divorce in 2011 but was only granted a decree in 2019.
The Simma artist had a lengthy relationship with public speaker Krystal Tomlinson and the two share a daughter.
Regarding his long time ‘in the making’ newest queen, the King of The Dancehall’s shared in the Instagram proposal that, “Her energy and light have brought new life to my music. I couldn’t have done it without her by my side. Forever grateful for her love and support. #LoveWins #NewBeginnings.”
Congratulations came from Love and Hip Hop star Karli Redd saying, “Congratulations brother I’m happy for you .”

In a post on Instagram three years ago Camille shared, “nothing comes ahead of its time” with Beenie Man carrying a bouquet of flowers.

Camille also previously stated in an Instagram Live, “I’ve known Moses (Beenie Man) from childhood days, from Craig Town, JonesTown, because a Jones Town me come from, from Crooks Street, and Moses from Craig Town, so I’ve known Moses from then.”
