The YouTube Jamaica chart for the week ending September 25, 2025, is looking like a pot of soup with too many ingredients — spicy, sweet, and a little confusing, but we’re here for it.
New Entries Steal the Spotlight
-
John Carter Cash made his Jamaican chart debut at No. 3 with Pineapple John. Yes, you read that right — Cash, son of country legend Johnny Cash, has Jamaicans streaming a song about pineapples. Is it a fruit? A metaphor? A grocery list? Whatever it is, it racked up 221,405 views in its first week.
Johnny Cash had a profound connection to Jamaica, stemming from his purchase of Cinnamon Hill Great House in Montego Bay as a home and retreat in the 1970s. He and his wife, June Carter Cash, loved the island’s culture and beauty, visiting frequently. Cash also supported a local SOS Children’s Village, singing for the children and dedicating the profits from his song “The Ballad of Annie Palmer” to them.
-
Jah Vinci returned with Guh Fi It, storming in at No. 12 with 137,798 streams. The man clearly took his own advice — he “went for it,” and it landed him a solid mid-table position.
-
Chronic Law doubled down on heartbreak and hustle, entering at No. 15 with Can’t Manage (132,211 streams). Because if there’s one thing Law knows, it’s how to turn stress into streams.
Big Movers
-
Engee Dadon climbed a skyscraper with Dancehall Jealousy, leaping 12 spots to land at No. 2 with 333,641 streams. Apparently, jealousy really does stream.
-
Tielo Lanez is quietly sneaking up the ladder, rising four places to No. 6 with People Change (197,615 streams). We’re watching, Tielo.

The Reigning Champion
At the very top, jaame.sss refuses to leave the throne. Beloved and Blessed (Reggae Version) featuring Skatta Lopa is sitting pretty at No. 1 for the fourth time, with streams jumping to 381,981. Blessed indeed.
The Sliders
Not everyone’s week was sunshine and pineapples.
-
A!MS took a tumble from the heavens, dropping six spots to No. 7 with Need Somebody. Ironically, what he needs right now is more streams.
-
Jamal fell eight places to No. 13 with Motivate. Motivation seems to be running low this week.
The Comebacks
-
Squash is back in the mix with Journey at No. 17, proving he’s not ready to stay off the road just yet.
-
Masicka’s Mute also reappeared at No. 19, which is ironic considering it refuses to stay silent.
The YouTube Jamaica chart presented by WMV was established in 2018. This week’s chart is sponsored by Courvoisier.
