Beyoncé Reveals She Takes A Ginseng Shot To Prepare For Her Shows In New Renaissance Film

Beyoncé has revealed that part of her daily health routine before performing is a Ginseng shot.

The singer made the revelation in her Renaissance Film which was premiered last Friday at the Beverly Hills, Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

Ginseng, derived from root plants is recognized for the presence of ginsenosides and gintonin. It has been part of the traditional culinary and medicinal practices of China and Korea for centuries.

While ginseng has historical use in traditional medicine, modern clinical research it is important to note that ginseng has not received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a prescription drug, and there is no substantial evidence supporting its efficacy in treating medical conditions.

Many persons who uses Ginseng however, testify that it is powerful herb that prevents the appearance of cancers, increases physical and sexual disposition, strengthens the immune system, in addition to relieving anxiety, among many other benefits.

Some fans are speculating that with the revelation that box office record holder Beyoncé takes ginseng, the price of the supplement will increase.

The Energy singer offers fans an intimate look at the meticulous craftsmanship behind her record-breaking “Renaissance” World Tour. The two-and-a-half-hour film, set to release in AMC Theatres on December 1, not only captures the electrifying performances but also delves into the personal revelations and challenges faced by the global icon.
