R&B superstar Chris Brown‘s 11th studio album “11:11” is currently No. 1 in 40 countries including Jamaica. The album overtook Drake’s “For All The Dogs” which enjoyed two week run at the top recently in the island and the other countries include Angola, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Botswana, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Fiji, Gambia, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Kenya, Liberia, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Africa, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Switzerland, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Zimbabwe
Released last Friday November 10, 2023, the album is led by the singles such as “Summer Too Hot,” release June 23, “Sensational,” released October 20 and “Nightmares” released November 7.
“11:11” follows Chris’ studio album Breezy, which was released on June 24, 2022, via CBE and RCA Records and features guest appearances by Maeta, Byron Messia, Future, Fridayy, Davido, and Lojay. “Summer Too Hot” is nominated for Best R&B Performance at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards.
The numerologically significant title comprises 11 tracks on each of its two sides, 11:11 stands as a double album, blending elements of R&B, pop music, Afrobeats, and dancehall. The artwork designed by Courtney Walter who has designed all 11 of Chris’s album, depicts four images of Chris Brown forming the title “11:11.”
