Kingston, Jamaica — The Apple Music Top Albums chart in Jamaica May 4 sees rapper and streamer DDG earning his first No. 1 with blame the chat, as the most streamed album in the country.
DDG’s blame the chat released by DDG Music under exclusive license to Epic Records, is #1 on Apple Music in an additional three countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Oman, and Turks and Caicos. It also holds Top 3 spots in over 15 territories, including Barbados, Gambia, Trinidad and Tobago, and Mozambique.
In the United States, the 15 track set peaked at #8 on Apple Music and top 2 on US iTunes. It’s currently the #1 hip-hop album. It also claimed the #1 iTunes position in Norway and The Bahamas.
