Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been transferred from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to FCI Allenwood Low in Pennsylvania following a recent medical emergency and multiple disciplinary violations behind bars.
According to TMZ, the music mogul was moved after reportedly being transported by ambulance for medical treatment last Saturday.
While the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed the transfer to TMZ, officials did not disclose the reason behind the move.
Reports indicate that Diddy had accumulated several disciplinary violations while incarcerated at Fort Dix, including unauthorized cellphone use and involvement in fights with other inmates. He was reportedly placed in the prison’s Special Housing Unit twice for violating institutional rules.
Sources also claim that Diddy lost 41 days of good conduct time, which could affect his eligibility for early release, along with 400 days of commissary privileges.
NBC News additionally reported allegations involving a contraband cellphone containing nude photographs, as well as access to alcohol, massages and luxury meals.
Despite the reported violations, Diddy has been transferred to another low-security federal facility rather than a higher-security prison.
TMZ suggests the move may be related to concerns about his personal safety. FCI Allenwood Low reportedly houses approximately 1,000 inmates, compared with roughly 4,000 at Fort Dix, potentially allowing prison officials to monitor him more closely.
Diddy is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence following his 2025 conviction on two prostitution-related charges. He was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
The official reason for his transfer remains undisclosed.
