Drake announced via his instagram on Wednesday that his 8th studio album “For All The Dogs” will be released September 22.
The forthcoming project follows Drizzy’s 2022 studio album “Honestly, Nevermind” which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts after selling 204,000 units the first week according to Luminate.
The Toronto rapper’s other studio albums include his debut “Thank Me Later” released June 15, 2010, “Take Care” November 15, 2011, “Nothing Was the Same” (September 24, 2013) ,Views (April 29, 2016), “Scorpion”
( June 29, 2018) ,”Certified Lover Boy” (September 3, 2021.)
His Collaborative albums include 2015’s “What a Time to Be Alive (with Future)” “Care Package” and “Her Loss (with 21 Savage)” released November 4 last year.
The cover art for “For All The Dogs” Drake says was designed by his son Adonis.
Tracklist for the album is yet to be released but the announcement for the album is a video of his father singing the blues dressed in a burgundy Jacket.
All of Drake’s albums and Mixtapes have surpassed 1 billion streams with Scorpion being his most streamed album with more than 9 billion.
