50 Cent’s Twitter and Website Hackers Make $300,000,000 In 30 Minutes

50 Cent said his Twitter along with his media company website thisis50.com was hacked as part of a crypto scam according to the rapper.

The Grammy nominated artist took to instagram to share, “My Twitter & Thisis 50.com was hacked I have no association with this Crypto. Twitter worked quickly to lock my account back down. Who ever did this made $300,000,000 in 30 minutes.”

Following the hack, several online platforms observed that 50 Cent’s coins were being sent to market cap.

“50 cent sending his coin to 50 cent market cap” commented @egodriv.

The Wolf Of Crypto Streets commented, “50 cent rugged his token at $800k marketcap and deleted all tweets.”

He later added speculations on who was behind the token trade.

Popular tweeter Mario Nawfal also posted, “BREAKING: @50cent is posting about his alleged new memecoin $GUNIT, and attacking Tate and his token. The memecoin is currently under $1m market cap, which indicates this is likely a hack. We are not able to verify if 50 cent was hacked, but my guess is yes.”

Nawfal added in a second tweet, “BREAKING: @50cent‘s account ahs been wiped, less than an hour after posts of a likely-fake memecoin $GUNIT It’s safe to assume the coin is fake and his account was hacked.”

On Friday TVPWorld reported that hackers disrupted the online broadcast of Poland’s Euro 2024 match against Austria on Friday, marking the second cyberattack on the Polish soccer team during the tournament.

Initial investigations indicated a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack, which floods servers with excessive traffic, preventing fans from viewing the Group D match, TVP reported.

A similar cyberattack disrupted the online broadcast of Poland’s game against the Netherlands on Sunday.

“We apologize for technical issues related to the broadcast of the Poland-Austria match on the Internet,” TVP stated in a post on X.

TVP announced the launch of an alternative website for fans to watch the game. A similar DDoS attack was reported on June 20, and during Poland’s match against the Netherlands in the Euro 2024 championships. There was also another one on Sunday. TVP indicated that the attack originated from IP addresses within Poland. No information was provided regarding the source of Friday’s attack.
