Dancehall artiste Iwaata has signed a new management deal with Reynolds Entertainment Agency, which will handle all aspects of his career moving forward. The agreement comes as the artist continues to build his presence with a steady stream of releases.

“The move reflects a step toward more structured management as Iwaata develops his brand both locally and internationally,” said Tameka Reynolds, head of Reynolds Entertainment. In recent months, he has maintained visibility in the dancehall space through consistent music output and growing audience engagement.

Last July Iwaata made his arena debut at the Barclays Center, when Aidonia called him out to sing one of hai hits in front 20,000 patrons in New York City. Alongside the new deal, Iwaata released the official music video for “Join Up.” The track was produced by Dan Sky Records in collaboration with Attomatic Records, and directed by Top Shootah.

“Join Up” blends street-inspired lyricism with the essence of modern dancehall culture. From the opening lines, Iwaata makes it clear who is his target audience.

“Don sky fi the gyal dem
Bawd bad! yeah!”

The track continues with vivid, expressive verses and a catchy chorus that taps into dancehall’s signature themes of lifestyle, confidence, and party culture. Lines like:

“Gallang like a Reptile liquor mek she get wild”

and

“Sidung pon buddy gyal to how the world a run”

highlight his ability to merge raw storytelling with infectious flows, making the track both relatable and club-ready.

The release of “Join Up” follows Iwaata’s earlier EP this year, further solidifying his work ethic and consistency in delivering new music.
