Jamaica’s Top YouTube Songs for September 2025: From Blessed to Evil, with Plenty of Law in Between

September’s Jamaican charts had something for everybody — prayer warriors, badmen, introverts, and ladies insisting on their Passenger Princess rights. The number one spot went to jaame.sss with “Beloved and Blessed (Reggae Version)” featuring Inner Circle’s Skatta Lopa, pulling in a heavenly 1.14 million views between August 27 and September 23 which suggests that classic reggae might be the real cheat code to the charts. The song held No. 1 for three nonconsecutive weeks so far this year.

But the holy vibes didn’t stop Jamaicans from running up the numbers on the usual suspects. UK-meets-island collab A!MS & ArrDee’s “Need Somebody” locked in at No. 2, while Masicka and Rvssian’s “Rich Sex” claimed No. 3, a soundtrack for anyone pretending their bank account balance is a secret offshore trust.

September also belonged to skippa, who secured two top 10 entries with “Evil” (No. 4) and “Go” (No. 6). Clearly, his branding strategy is “one-word titles, maximum chaos.” Meanwhile, Valiant and Rvssian gave the ladies their anthem at No. 5 with “Passenger Princess,” cementing the fact that driving duties belong firmly to men while women perfect their Snapchat angles.

Squash reminded everyone that his “Status” is still intact at No. 7, and then things got international with Machel Montano and Davido’s “Fling It Up” at No. 8 — a soca-dancehall-Afrobeats mashup that proves Caribbean unity can start on the dancefloor.

Further down, Govana, Ayetian & Nvtzz asked the island’s eternal question at No. 9 with “Wah Yo Deh Pan,” while Najeeriii’s “Cloud Nine” (No. 10) proved he’s still floating in his own hazy universe. Rising stars Kraff Gad, Eddy G Bomba, Countree Hype, and Nhance all made appearances, each bringing a different flavor of yard energy.

But if there’s one name dominating September, it’s Chronic Law. With four songs on the chart (“NY Girls,” “Final Lap,” “Duppy Link Up,” and “Blicky”), the 1Law leader basically turned the Top 20 into his personal mixtape. His combined presence makes him the month’s undeniable MVP, even if jaame.sss stole the top slot. Not far behind is Masicka, whose “AUTOCRAT” and “Rich Sex” balance political dominance with boujee flex.

The moral of September? In Jamaica, you’re either beloved and blessed, evil, jealous, or riding shotgun. And if you’re Chronic Law, you’re probably all of the above — four times over. But the way, not one woman was on the chart for September.
