Billboard chart topping reggae rock singer Joe Samba has just dropped his latest track, “Little Love,” via LAW Records. The song is co-produced by Anthony Resta (known for his work with Duran Duran and Collective Soul) and Samba himself.
“Little Love” features breezy acoustic guitar layered over an organic beat, with Samba’s distinctive high register leading into a chantable, handclap-boosted chorus: “It makes the world feel bright and new when you put a little love in what you do.”
Born in Massachusetts and now based in New Hampshire, Joe Samba grew up immersed in music. He cut his teeth gigging around the Northeast before formally introducing himself as an artist with his 2019 debut album, “The Wrong Impression.” The independent release topped the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart at #1 the week of May 4 and garnered millions of streams.
His sophomore album, “Far From Forever,” released in 2022 on LAW Records, featured singles like “Create Something,” “Boomer Economy,” and “Beef.” To date, Samba has amassed over 17 million streams and has shared the stage with acts like The Dirty Heads, Ziggy Marley, Pepper, Shwayze, and Sublime With Rome. He has also performed at major festivals such as Summer Camp Music Festival, Cali Vibes, Reggae Rise Up, and Cali Roots Festival.
This summer, Joe Samba and his bandmates will be hitting the road, with a mix of headlining shows, festival appearances, and dates supporting Ballyhoo! and Bumpin Uglies.
