Dancehall star Masicka latest project, Her Name Is Love, missed debuting on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart in the final tracking week of 2025.

The EP released by Def Jam Records sold less than the required amount to break into the Top 10 for the chart dated Jan. 3, 2026. Instead, the Reggae Albums tally remains dominated by longtime catalog leaders and modern staples that continue to show exceptional staying power.

For 2025, Vybz Kartel, Sister Nancy and Armanii are the only three dancehall acts to debut with albums on the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart with Viking Deluxe (No. 10), One Two (No. 3) and The Impact (No. 10) respectively.

This week Sean Paul and Stick Figure occupy 60% of the chart to close out the year.

Billboard Reggae Albums — Week of January 3, 2026

No. 1 — Legend: The Best Of Bob Marley and the Wailers

Bob Marley & The Wailers

Still the undisputed champion, Legend holds firm at No. 1, extending its run to 312 total weeks on the chart. The album remains the ultimate gateway to reggae — and a reminder of Marley’s unmatched global legacy. The week’s most popular reggae albums, based on multi-metric consumption, blending traditional album sales, streaming-equivalent albums, and track-equivalent albums, as compiled by Luminate.

No. 2 — Best Of Shaggy: The Boombastic Collection

Shaggy’s hit-filled compilation stays steady at No. 2, logging 342 weeks overall. More than two decades into his career peak, the multi-platinum-selling star continues to command cross-generational appeal.

No. 3 — The Trinity

Sean Paul

Sean Paul’s 2005 blockbuster returns to the Top 3, now totaling 159 weeks on the chart.

Dutty Rock — Sean Paul

Greatest Hits — UB40

The veteran British band continues to prove the strength of their catalog — 371 weeks and counting.
