Masicka Silences the Competition as “Mute” Debuts at No. 1 on YouTube Jamaica’s Weekly Chart

Masicka makes a thunderous entrance at the top of the YouTube Jamaica weekly chart ending May 29, 2025 with his latest release “Mute,”instantly claiming the most-streamed spot.

The World Music Views YouTube Jamaica Weekly chart was established in 2018 with data across all official releases.

The song has surpassed 1.3 million streams globally, 400,000 of which were obtained locally. Mute is also No. 1 on Apple Music Jamaica 

ASCE AA SPADE enters with “Top Floor,” at #2.

Moliy’s “Shake It To The Max (FLY)” remix slides into #3 after holding the top spot for seven weeks. The song has maintained a powerful grip on local ears, even as it entered the Billboard Hot 100 last week

While Armanii and Malie Donn’s “8:00 PM” stays strong at #4 in its 15th week.

At #5 is Bandit 7teen’s “Cheese in Jeans,” remaining steady and holding firm among heavy competition. Squash’s “Burn” drops to #6 this week, following its explosive debut.

Chronic Law climbs to #7 with “NY Girls” featuring cjthechemist, and Jamal enters at #8 with “Lucky,” marking his continued rise.

Squash appears again at #9 with “Know Bout Dat,” while Vybz Kartel holds at #10 with “God Is The Greatest,” maintaining his perennial chart presence.

Squash’s “Leaf Of Life” with Malie Donn and Byron Messia falls to #11, just ahead of Mulla’s debut at #12 with “Wahlahi.” Jamal’s former chart-topper “999” lands at #13, showing enduring popularity.

Bandit 7teen’s second entry this week, “Spiritual Warfare,” comes in at #14, followed by Malie Donn’s “Body Tea” at #15.

Jamal’s third entry, “Dunce Syndrome,” ranks at #16, while Javo Donn makes his first appearance at #17 with “Wake Up.” Kraff Gad climbs slightly to #18 with “IKATION.”

Armanii returns with another track, “JUMP (BOUNCE),” at #19, and Tielo Lanez’s “Hey Diddle” rounds out the list at #20.
