Masicka’s “Generation Of Kings” Breaks Records as Longest-Running No. 1 Album in Apple Music Jamaica History

Masicka‘s “Generation Of Kings” Is now the longest running No. 1 album in Apple Music Jamaica history. The album has been at the zenith for a record 23 consecutive days since its December 8, 2023 release. The “Tyrant” artist breaks the previous record set by his debut album “438” but that album still holds the record for the longest project in the top ten, spending an entire year.

For the second time, “438” slips form the top ten on Apple Music daily chart in Jamaica to No. 13 on December 30.

At No. 2 is Nicki Minaj‘s “Pink Friday 2 (Gag City Deluxe),” No. is 3 Popcaan‘s “Best Mood” mixtape, No. 4 is Rvssian‘s “Dutty Money Riddim – EP.”

Drake‘s “For All The Dogs Scary Hours Edition” secures the No. 5 position while at No 6 is Chris Brown “11:11” Rod Wave’s Nostalgia at No. 7 and No 8 Zagga’s “Energy Never Lie” Valiant’s latest EP “A Gift From Me to You” movies 6 positions to land at No. 9 and Fridayy’s self titled debut album is at No. 10

On Apple Music Jamaica Singles Chart dated December 30 Masicka has seven songs after he initially scored 17 songs in the top 20 for the first time in the week of December 10. See full Apple Music Jamaica Singles chart below:

In the US Nicki Minaj’s “Pink Friday 2 (Gag City Deluxe),” is at the top on Apple Music, making history as the first album by a female rapper to spend 3 weeks at #1 on US Apple Music albums chart.

Drake’s “For All The Dogs Scary Hours Edition,” is at No. 2 followed by Rod Wave’s “Nostalgia,”at No. 3,  Hunxho’s “For Her (Deluxe),” at No. 4, Tate McRae’s “THINK LATER,” at No. 5, Bad Bunny’s “nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana,” at No. 6, Travis Scott’s “UTOPIA” (up by 3 positions), to No. 7, Chris Brown’s “11:11,” at No. 8.

Zach Bryan’s “Zach Bryan,” at No. 9 and Taylor Swift’s “1989 (Taylor’s Version) [Deluxe]” (down by 3 positions) to No. 10.
