MOLIY and bees & honey Unite for Afro-House Pop Anthem “PARTYGYAL”

MOLIY and bees & honey Collaborate for Dancefloor Anthem “Partygyal”

Ghanaian-American singer MOLIY is back on the dancefloor — this time teaming up with Berlin/London producer collective bees & honey for a new single, “PARTYGYAL.” The track arrives days after Moliy secured her second RIAA Gold certification for Shake It To The Max with Skillibeng, Shenseea and Silent Addy.

Released on February 27, the song is accompanied by a visualizer that spotlights the song’s hypnotic club appeal.

Blending Afro-house rhythms with sleek pop sensibilities, “PARTYGYAL” pairs MOLIY’s instantly recognizable vocals with an African-influenced drum bounce designed for late-night playlists and packed dancefloors alike.

A “Love Letter to the Dancefloor”

MOLIY describes the track as a celebration of confidence, freedom and magnetic energy.

“PARTYGYAL is a love letter to the dancefloor,” she said. “We combined an African-inspired drum bounce with a hypnotic pop melody, creating a main character anthem for baddies who light up the room the second they start moving.”

Leaning into afro-fusion while maintaining crossover pop appeal, PARTYGYAL is positioning Moliy for another hot summer.

Her breakout hit “Shake It To The Max” (Fly) (Remix) — featuring Silent Addy, Shenseea and Skillibeng — became a worldwide phenomenon last year, surpassing one billion streams and dominating charts throughout 2025. The song topped the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart for 22 consecutive weeks and landed on multiple Songs of the Summer lists across Spotify, TikTok and major media outlets.

Meanwhile, bees & honey have quietly built a global footprint of their own. The five-member producer, songwriter and DJ collective has amassed over 1.5 billion streams across their catalog, including the platinum hit “Show Me Love” with WizTheMC and Tyla, which cracked the Top 10 of the Billboard Global 200.

Their sound — a nostalgic yet forward-looking blend of R&B, pop, electronic and African influences — centers on cross-cultural connection, making MOLIY a natural collaborator.
