Ghanaian singer Moliy has secured the number one spot on the YouTube Jamaica chart with her hit track “Shake It To The Max (FLY)” featuring Shenseea and Skillibeng. The song, produced by Disco Neil and Silent Daddy climbs two places this week ending March 6, 2025, after racking up an impressive 413,994 streams locally, marking a significant increase of 116,614 from the previous week. This marks the first time Moliy has held the top position on the chart.
The success of the Wondergirl LLC/Warner Chappell release follows its debut last week on the U.S. Billboard Afrobeats chart at No. 16.
It is currently No. 1 on Apple Music Daily chart in 5 countries: Anguilla, Belize, Cayman Islands, Saint Kitts and Nevis and Seychelles. It also ranks No. 1 on YouTube Guyana.
Back on YouTube Jamaica, at number two is Lyriii’s “Respect,” holding steady for the second consecutive week. The teenage sensation’s breakout track
garnered 291,585 streams, though it experienced a decline of 24,917 from last week. Despite this drop, Lyriii maintains strong momentum on the chart.
Dancehall heavyweight Masicka makes a leap back into the top three with “Whites.” The song, which has been on the chart for 18 weeks, previously peaked at number one and saw a resurgence this week, climbing two spots with a total of 273,941 streams, a gain of 40,757.
Bayka makes a notable nine-spot jump to number four with “Miss Pretty,” amassing 230,239 streams—an increase of 88,595 from last week. This rapid rise suggests the track is gaining significant traction among Jamaican listeners.
Meanwhile, Jamal’s “Ballandor,” a former chart-topper, drops one place to number five, bringing in 215,116 streams, though it experienced a decrease of 9,914 streams from last week. The track remains one of the most consistent performers, having been on the chart for 26 weeks.
Other notable movements on the chart include Ayetian’s “Balance” at number six, Armanii’s “8:00 PM (feat. Skippa’s “Letter” suffered the steepest drop this week, plummeting twelve places from number eight to number twenty with a decline of 62,279 streams.
