“Shottas,” released in 2002, follows the story of two young men engaging in organized crime in Kingston and Miami, starring Ky-Mani Marley, Spragga Benz, Paul Campbell, and Louie Rankin. It was written and directed by Silvera and gained a cult following due to the distribution of an unfinished bootleg, despite its low budget. The film was officially released in limited theaters in the United States by Triumph Films and Destination Films in 2006.
