Sean Paul’s 8th Studio Album ‘Scorcha’ Makes No. 24 On U.K’s Midweek Chart, Currently Charting In 48 Countries

Sean Paul has the most commercially successful dancehall songs of all time

Sean Paul’s Island Records debut, Scorcha is currently #24 on the UK Mid-week Official Albums Chart. It sits at No. 2 on the Reggae iTunes chart while fellow Jamaican hit maker Shaggy, is at No. 1 with his Sinatra Song Book, ‘Come Fly With Me’.

Sean’s 16 track modern dancehall album briefly peaked at No. 1 on the same chart on Friday. Since then the global superstar’s 8th solo album has popped up on the iTunes and Apple Music charts in 48 countries across the world at various positions.

Scorcha has 8 iTunes chart positions: #8 in Indonesia, #16 in Hong Kong, #24 in Mexico, #29 in Canada, #49 in United States, #54 in France, #54 in Japan, and #94 in Germany.
