Shenseea, Burna Boy Among Guests On Busta Rhymes Upcoming Album “Blockbusta”

Busta Rhymes revealed the trackless for his 11th studio album “Blockbuster” set for release on Black Friday  November 24, 2023 on Conglomerate Entertainment/Epic Records. The album features a mixture of Hip Hop, R&B and Dancehall tracks with Burna Boy and Shenseea among the guest artists.

Busta shared a snippet of the collab with Burna Boy titled “Roboshotta” where he is deejaying in patois.

The lead singles on the album are Beach Ball with Bia, Luxury Life featuring Coi Leray which has a music video directed by Benny Boom that draws inspiration from Quentin Tarantino’s iconic 1994 film, “Pulp Fiction.” The track incorporates samples from The Whole Darn Family’s “Seven Minutes of Funk,” a musical element previously utilized by Foxy Brown and Jay-Z in their collaboration, “Ain’t No N-gga.” The latest single from the album Ok featuring Young Thug. Other guests on the album include Quavo, Blxst, Yung Bleu, Dababy, T-Pain, Blackway, Jnr Choi, Chris Brown, Giggs, Kodak Black, Morray, Ice, Trillian, Rai and Big Tigger.

Executive producers for the album is Busta himself, Swiss Beatz, Pharrell and Timbaland.

The super producers previously had a zoom conversation where Timbaland gave thanks and told Busta that he is, “so grateful that you chose me to be a part of your legacy.”

Pharrell also added “You really feel illuminated, this illumination is good because I think people gonna be able to get and feel that.”

Swizz chimed in, “The Blockbusta, Busta Rhymes…zaa zaa za, zone, zone, zone.”

The 51 year old rapper is currently on tour in the UK where he completed two sold out shows with 50 on the Final Lap Tour.
