Music executive Riki Bleau, the man behind Since ’93, the label behind international stars Shenseea and Tems, is recognised on Britain’s prestigious Powerlist 2026.
The annual Powerlist honours some of Britain’s most influential people of African, African Caribbean and African American heritage, recognising individuals whose leadership, achievements and contributions continue to shape industries and communities.
As a leading figure at Since ’93, Bleau has been connected to the careers of some of contemporary music’s most exciting international talents, including Jamaican dancehall and crossover star Shenseea and Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Tems.
Both artists have played important roles in expanding the global reach of Caribbean and African music, highlighting the growing international influence of sounds and cultures that were once considered outside the mainstream.
Bleau shared news of his latest recognition on Instagram, expressing pride at once again being included among Britain’s influential Black figures.

“Proud to make the Power List for another year!” he wrote.
The music executive also celebrated sharing the honour with longtime friend and fellow industry figure Antoine Dixon-Bellot, reflecting on their relationship spanning two decades.
“And even better to be recognised alongside my fellow brother @antoinedixonbellot, someone I’ve known for 20 years and seen build incredible things across different industries,” he added.
The recognition comes as Black music continues to command an increasingly powerful position in the U.K. and the international entertainment business, with Afrobeats, dancehall and other African and Caribbean-influenced genres reaching audiences across continents.
Since its inception in 2006, the Powerlist has provided a platform for recognising Black excellence in Britain, celebrating influential individuals across business, entertainment, politics, technology, sport and other sectors.
The publication has also helped create valuable professional networks while highlighting the achievements of individuals making an impact both within Britain and internationally.
