Queen Of The Dancehall Spice took to Instagram on Wednesday to update her fans on her condition after reports surfaced that she was in a coma days ago.
She posted “Thank you Jesus for saving my life. đđŸđđŸđđŸ Hey Besties Iâm in a better space today to properly update you on my current health situation.
I suffered a damage hernia a few days ago that sent my body into sepsis, as a result I was rushed to the hospital for immediate surgery. As you know Iâve been off Social Media for a while to rest mentally, so little did I know that during my medical scare it was already been said that I had a heart attack, I was in a Coma , and I also died đ€·đŸââïžbut none of that is true. However Iâm still recovering from what really happened so thanks so much for all the prayers and concerns, please take great care of yourself, eat, live, love laugh, like itâs your last day, I LOVE YOU ALL SO SO MUCH đđđđđđđ”
The Emancipated deejay also posted that going forwrd she may not be able to do her usual antics.

In a previous post in October, Spice stated on her Instagram that she would be exiting social media for a while. She posted an image of her latest album “Emancipated”. Her reason for the hiatus she said was, she was, “iâm tired of being their only target for clout and click bait.”
She continued, “Letâs see if theyâre still gonna talk about âOnly Meâ . I refuse to answer to the noise they creating to gain my attention. This announcement was on the heels of WMV report which stated that her sophomore album Emancipated which debuted with The first week sales numbers of 700 album copies in the US in its first week and 1.1M streams.
Spice told Altpress.com that in September that, âI was under VP Records for over 10 years, and there was a battle for me to get out. Iâm finally emancipated..my fans have been journeying with me for over a decade. This is not just a project but something that is me â authentic dancehall music.â
