Taylor Swift Currently Has The Top Streaming Album In Jamaica As “Midnights” Surges To No. 1 On Apple Music

Taylor Swifts 10th studio album, Midnights, is breaking streaming records all over the world and not to be outdone the “3 am Edition” of the album is currently number 1 in Jamaica.  The album, which sees the singer reminisce on 13 sleepless nights throughout her life, marks both a return to pop and a return to more personal subject matter for Swift.

The album is scheduled to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with 1.5 million units. Taylor Swift could also break the vinyl sales record after releasing four different vinyl editions of her new album. The LPs are selling for $29.99 on her website, and with all all four editions together, they form a clock.

The 20 track Republic Records release has a score of 85 out of 23 reviews on Metacritic, indicating “universal acclaim.”

The singer has never been to Jamaica but In 2015 she brought out Jamaican singer OMI of the latter’s Billboard No. 1 hit “Cheerleader” during her 1989 Tour stop at Petco Park on August 29 in San Diego, California.
