The Warner Records artist says he is also open do collaborating with his Drift Producer DJ Mac in the future although he is currently throwing words at Mac and against Valiant on Black Chiney’s 2007 Drumline Riddim. With his flow inspired by Vybz Kartel’s flow on the same riddim, TeeJay’s diss track titled Chapter 1, garnered over 382,000 views in a day, while Valiant’s response, inspired by Mavado’s flow on the same riddim Timoya, accumulated over 209,000 views in 20 hours on YouTube.
In response to Valiant’s claim of being richer, TeeJay took to the internet to highlight his recent home purchases which includes a 2024 GLE Benz. The clash precedes the release of TeeJay’s Warner Records debut EP, “I Am Chippy,” executively produced by Grammy Award-winning artist Shaggy set for release February 2.
The 10 track EP features collaborations with Davido, Tommy Lee Sparta, Skillibeng, Bayka, Malie Donn, Jaydon, and Quada.
