As Reggae rises up around the world, several concerts, cruises and festivals become the home of the biggest reggae acts. Rebel Salute set for January 19 and 20 will have Sean Paul headline the second night. The Festival this year celebrates 30 years and will have 30 acts, 15 on each night. Third World also returns to the Rebel Salute stage for the thirtieth anniversary.
The festival will also feature Marcia Griffiths, Luciano, Sanchez, Queen Ifrica, Capelton, Etana, Anthony B , Yellow Man, Richie Stephens and event organizer himself Tony Rebel.
Damian and Stephen Marley are set to embark on the ‘Traffic Jam Tour 2024,’ with 18 stops across the United States. The tour which kicks off two days after the global major motion picture premiere of the Bob Marley: One Love movie starts in Long Beach, California on February 16 and ends in Chicago , Illinois on March 18.
Protoje also announced his 2024 dates in the US and UK performing at the O2 Ritz Manchester, O2 Academy Bristol and the O2 Institute Birmingham on March 28, 29 on 30th respectively. His final UK show will be held at the O2 Forum Kentish Town on 31st March in London.
Reggae Sumfest will take place in July with headline acts Beres Hammond, Bounty Killer and R&B superstar Babyface.
Alborosie is already booked fo several dates across Europe and South America. He headlines the Uprising Festival in August.
