The latest Official Afrobeats Chart (13–19 June 2026) has South African superstar Tyla at Number One for 8 consecutive weeks with “She Did It Again,” a collaboration released via RCA Records with Swedish pop sensation Zara Larsson. Holding steady at Number Two is the AI generated Second Voice’s “Let Me Be,” which has now spent nine weeks on the chart and previously reached the summit. The song released by Spinning’ Records, a Warner subsidiary is the first AI song to char that long and that high in the UK.
At Number Three, Blaqbonez and Asake’s “Chanel” continues its upward momentum. Despite being only three weeks into its chart run, the collaboration has quickly become one of the season’s standout releases, blending infectious melodies with contemporary Afrobeats production.
Asake also remains firmly in the Top Five with “Forgiveness” at Number Four. The Nigerian hitmaker continues to demonstrate his chart power, securing multiple entries among the week’s biggest songs.
Completing the Top Five is BNXN and Sarz’s “Back Outside,” a fan favourite that has maintained a strong presence over its eight-week chart journey.
One of the biggest stories this week is the arrival of three brand-new entries in the Top Ten. Kojo Funds and Jay Silva’s “79” debuts at Number Six, while Victony’s “Fresh” enters at Number Seven. At Number Eight, French-Malian star Aya Nakamura teams up with UK rap icon Skepta for “Chippie,” marking one of the most anticipated chart debuts of the week.
Further down the Top Ten, Young Jonn’s “Elumelu” climbs from Number 12 to Number 9, achieving a new peak position in just its second week on the chart. Meanwhile, Omah Lay’s “I Am” rounds out the Top Ten at Number 10. Although it slips two places from last week’s Number Eight position, the track remains one of the year’s most successful Afrobeats releases, having previously spent time at Number One.
The latest chart reflects the genre’s remarkable diversity, featuring artists from Nigeria, South Africa, France, and the United Kingdom. With established stars maintaining their dominance and fresh talent making immediate impressions, the Official Afrobeats Chart continues to highlight the global appeal and evolving sound of one of the world’s fastest-growing musical movements.
