Afrobeat singer Teemanay and global superstar hip hop icon AKON released the
lyric video for the single “Go Girl” from their EP ‘Konvict Kulture Presents Teemanay’.
In a release sent to WMV, Akon said: “There was something different about Teemanay.”
“Go Girl”, is produced by Spellz, real name Ben’Jamin Obadje, who also produced songs for Burna Boy, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Dammy Krane and more.
The song released on Akon’s label, Konvict Kulture debuted at Burna Boy’s concert in Detroit, Michigan, at the Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre on July 21, where Teemanay performed it live to a sold-out crowd.
