Grammy winning R&B artist Chris Brown arrived in Jamaica early Tuesday morning ahead of the BZR weekend events which will culminate with the Chris Brown and Friends concert August 27. Brown came into the island dressed in a green sweatsuit via private jet and was greeted by members of the media at the airport.
As the American singer was about to enter his vehicle to leave the airport, Brown greeted the media with a word to his eager Jamaican fans, “Thank ya’ll for having me back, I appreciate ya’ll.”
Organizers of the event have reported that ‘Sky Vew’ tickets costing US$10,000 are all sold out and this week announced special student discount tickets.
This is the first time Chris Brown will be performing in Kingston, Jamaica and his last time in the Island for a major performance for over ten years at Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay.
Not that he needs assistance, but joining him on the lineup will be Sean Kingston, Ding Dong, TeeJay, Aidonia, Byron Messia and Gramps Morgan who will be doing an acoustic set.
