KAROL G and Shakira are closing the year with their first collaboration “TQG” ranked as the most streamed music video on YouTube for 2023 with 911,319,414 according to YouTube data.The latin pop duo’s sensational break-up hit dedicated to their ex-boyfriends was featured on Karol’s album, “Mańana Será Bonito,” released on February 24 after Shakira’s highly-publicized separation from soccer star Gerard Piqué.
Shakira’s own empowerment anthem, “BZRP Music Session #53,” with Argentinian producer Bizarrap also became a standout diss track of 2023, landing at No. 4 on YouTube’s most viewed music video list ending the year with 665,933,273 streams. The song peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Latin songs chart.
“Las mujeres ya no lloran, las mujeres facturan” (women don’t cry anymore, women generate money), Shakira sings making the song an anthem for empowered women worldwide.
