Chris Brown’s co-parenting dispute with Diamond Brown, the mother of his daughter Lovely, has spilled onto social media, with the singer publicly disputing her claims and other mothers of his children appearing to come to his defense.
Diamond is reportedly seeking approximately $45,000 per month in child support, arguing that the amount is necessary to cover expenses for herself and Lovely. According to the court claims described in reports, her proposal includes roughly $23,000 in housing and household expenses and approximately $20,000 for their daughter’s schooling, medical care and extracurricular activities.
Among the expenses Diamond reportedly listed are $500 per month for Lovely’s clothing, $3,500 for childcare, $2,000 toward college savings, $2,000 for gifts, $350 for haircuts and $1,500 for art and sports lessons.
Diamond reportedly acknowledged that Brown already provides significant financial support. She said he pays for the home where she and Lovely currently live, covers utilities, previously purchased her a Tesla and voluntarily provides around $7,000 per month in additional spending money. However, she reportedly argued that their current four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence is insufficient and proposed housing costing approximately $15,000 per month.
Reports have also claimed that Brown purchased a home for Diamond valued at approximately $1.4 million. Despite the support she says he already provides, Diamond is seeking a formal court order establishing a higher monthly obligation.
The dispute goes beyond money. Diamond has reportedly sought primary custody of Lovely and accused Brown of harassing her and her boyfriend—allegations Brown has denied.
Brown then took the disagreement public.
In Instagram Story posts, the singer claimed there is no “50/50 co-parenting” arrangement and alleged that he pays for Lovely’s housing, schooling, medical expenses, two vehicles and $10,000 per month. He also claimed he had not seen his daughter in seven months and accused Diamond of preventing him from spending time with her.
Brown further said that his payments are documented and that he could produce receipts to support his account.
Diamond subsequently pushed back publicly. In a video described in a social-media post, she denied preventing Brown from seeing Lovely and claimed she had invited him to attend their daughter’s New York Fashion Week appearance but received no response. She also disputed his claim that he gives her $10,000 per month, saying her attorney has records concerning the payments.
The disagreement soon drew responses from other women who share children with Brown.

Nia Guzman, Brown’s first baby mother publicly praised Brown as a father, writing that he takes care of his responsibilities and goes “above and beyond” for his family. She also stressed that, in her view, none of his children receives preferential treatment and described him as an active and present parent.
In the Instagram Stories, Chris Brown last baby mother “_jwallace” directly addressed Diamond, writing that everyone involved is “overly taken care of” and accusing her of being ungrateful.

Brown later referenced the support himself, claiming that the other mothers of his children allow him to be a father and singling Diamond out as the person with whom he is having difficulties. He said the public back-and-forth would be his final time addressing the situation because of the effect it could have on the children.
