Masicka Scores Second Straight No. 1 as YouTube Jamaica’s Top 20 Surpasses 12.5 Million Views

The Top 20 most-viewed songs on YouTube Jamaica (May 1–28, 2026) generated a combined 12.573 million views during the reporting period.

Masicka and Di Genius’ “Slip & Slide,” secures the No. 1 position with  1.36 million views. The collaboration from the Hill & Gully Riddim is Masicka’s second chart topper in as many months, with Boasty topping the chart in April with over 1 million streams. Boasty comes in at No. 10 this month.

At No. 2 is another Di Genius-produced hit, “Woii” by Valiant, which amassed 1.25 million views during the month in Jamaica.  Beyond occupying the top two positions, Gi Genius appears on additional charting records including Govana’s “Itsy Bitsy” at No. 11 and Skippa’s “Service” at No. 15.

In one of the chart’s biggest surprises, K-pop group BABYMONSTER landed at No. 3 with “춤” (Choom), attracting 1.04 million views from Jamaican audiences.

Dancehall heavyweight Chronic Law continued his impressive run with “Like Samson” featuring Notnice, claiming the No. 4 spot with 696,000 views.

At No. 5, Vybz Kartel’s “Victory” generated 667,000 views and Popcaan’s “Life Still a Gwaan” at No. 6 with 649,000 views. Alkaline’s “Gyal Good” at No. 7 with 585,000 views and perhaps one of the biggest breakout stories of the month belongs to Feloni19, who appears on multiple entries throughout the chart. His collaboration with Cash Code, “How Often,” secured the No. 8 position with 566,000 views, while his solo effort “Menace” landed at No. 12 with 533,000 views. He also appears alongside Skippa on “Duppyman Style” at No. 17 and with DJ Mac on “Back to the Basic” at No. 20.

Meanwhile, rising star Merkz also delivered a strong showing. His song “Rich Mf” reached No. 13 with 501,000 views, while “Retard” secured the No. 16 position with 469,000 views.

Another notable performer is 450, whose collaboration with WEEKDAY, “World on Fire,” secured the No. 9 position with 561,000 views.

Elsewhere in the Top 20,  Medz Boss’ “Just Do It” matched 501,000 views to claim No. 14.

“Hills of St. Ann” by Stephen Marley, earned 419,000 views, bringing a reggae influence to a chart otherwise dominated by dancehall.
