Rick Ross’ on-and-off girlfriend, model and real estate agent Jazzma Kendrick, has made serious allegations about the end of their relationship, claiming the rapper physically assaulted her and left her with an injured lip.

Kendrick detailed the allegations in a series of Instagram Story posts on September 27, 2026. The posts included close-up photographs appearing to show an injury to her lip, alongside messages explaining why she says she ultimately walked away from the relationship.

“He Saw a Punching Bag”

One of Kendrick’s posts began with a screenshot of someone replying to a photo of her with the message, “I’m seeing what Rick is seeing your so gorgeous.”

Her response dramatically changed the context: “He saw a punching bag.”

Kendrick then shared photographs of what appears to be a swollen and bruised lip. Over one image, she alleged, “The day Rick busted my lip and the day I left.”

In another post accompanying a photograph of the injury, Kendrick wrote that she believed a man who put his hands on her had never loved her and never would. She followed that with a broader warning encouraging women experiencing violence to leave rather than give an abusive partner another opportunity. 

Their Relationship Had Recently Appeared to Be Back On

The accusations come shortly after Kendrick and Ross appeared publicly affectionate following an earlier breakup.

Kendrick had confirmed in September 2025 that she and Ross had separated, reportedly responding to a social-media question about the rapper by saying, “We broke up.” The pair later reconciled publicly, appearing together around the 2026 BET Awards in June. 

As recently as August, Ross and Kendrick were being seen together romantically. On August 11 that Ross posted footage from Saint-Tropez showing Kendrick kissing and embracing him while he jokingly discussed her “beautiful narcissism.” 

That recent public affection makes Kendrick’s new account of the relationship notably different from what followers had been seeing online.

Kendrick Says the Injury Marked Her Exit

Kendrick’s latest posts present the alleged assault as a decisive moment in the relationship. Rather than simply announcing another breakup, she directly connected her departure to the alleged incident, writing that the day Ross injured her lip was also “the day I left.” 

She also used her experience to warn others about remaining in physically abusive relationships, writing in part, “Value your life and leave.” 

As of the reporting reviewed for this article, the claims are Kendrick’s allegations, and no response from Ross addressing these specific accusations was included in the available report. The allegations therefore should not be presented as independently proven facts unless additional evidence or official findings emerge.
