The Billboard Reggae Albums Chart gets its 10th debut this year as Bob Marley & The Wailers have landed another entry in the Top 10 for the chart dated September 12, 2026.
Marley’s Roots, Rock, Reggae: Live At The Hammersmith Odeon, makes its debut at No. 4 this week, tying Masicka’s Forever Reign for highest chart debut so far this year. Forever Reign exits the chart after two weeks.
The previously unreleased live double album recorded 50 years ago in June 1976, is the highest peak for a live album and the highest debut for a Marley album in two years. The last Marley set to enter the chart was Bob Marley & The Wailers — Uprising – 1980 which entered at peaked at No. 9 last year.
The live album features 18 tracks on 180-gram 2LP Vinyl, an exclusive limited-edition 2LP Color Vinyl, 2CD, digital download, and streaming on all DSPs and an ATMOS mix (where available) for the full concert experience.
Bob Marley & The Wailers also continue to dominate the top of the chart with Legend: The Best Of Bob Marley And The Wailers, which holds firm at No. 1 for another week. The hugely successful compilation has now spent 348 weeks on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart.
Shaggy remains at No. 2 with Best Of Shaggy: The Boombastic Collection, now in its 378th week on the ranking, while Sean Paul’s The Trinity holds the No. 3 position after 177 weeks on the chart.
The arrival of Marley’s new live release pushes Stick Figure’s World On Fire down from No. 4 to No. 5. Sean Paul’s Dutty Rock stays at No. 6, followed by UB40’s Greatest Hits at No. 7 and Stick Figure’s Wisdom at No. 8.
DESTIN CONRAD’s ROADRUNNER, which debuted at No. 5, falls four places to No. 9 in its second week. Stick Figure closes out the Top 10 with Set In Stone at No. 10.
