A new leader has emerged on the YouTube Jamaica chart, as Chronic Law rises to No. 1 with Like Samson, debuting atop the tally for the week ending April 23, 2026. The track opens with 388,802 streams, marking one of the strongest first-week showings in recent months.
Chronic Law’s album I.C.E. has also debuted at No. 1 on the Apple Music Jamaica Chart. It follows 2025’s Lost Soul.
Close behind on the YouTube Jamaica Chart, is Skippa My Way, entering at No. 2 with 296,345 streams. The debut continues Skippa’s consistent chart presence, as he simultaneously maintains traction with other entries further down the ranking with Duppyman Style (=) — 105,158 and Skippa – Too Mad (-3) — 101,156.
Meanwhile, Feloni19 delivers the week’s biggest climb, as Menace surges from No. 13 to No. 3, boosted by a gain of over 100,000 streams to reach 222,106.
Rounding out the top five, J’calm’s Smokescreen vaults into No. 4 in just its second week, earning 221,939 streams, while Popcaan returns with a strong debut at No. 5 as Life Still a Gwaan opens with 199,014 streams. Both tracks signal strong upward momentum heading into the coming weeks.
Further down, several former top contenders experience declines amid the influx of new entries. Kranium’s Daily Bread (Money Prayer) slips from No. 2 to No. 6, while Masicka’s former two-week No. 1 Boasty falls to No. 7. Alkaline and Squash also drop within the top 10, reflecting a highly competitive week dominated by fresh releases and surging tracks.
One of the most notable shifts comes from Protoje, whose Ting Loud with Masicka plunges from No. 1 to No. 11 after a steep decline in streams. Despite the fall, Protoje maintains a strong overall presence, landing multiple re-entries across the top 20 including Goddess (No. 12), BIG 45 (No. 14), and At We Feet (No. 18).
Medz Boss’s Just Do It, is the most streamed song in the first quarter 2026 on YouTube Jamaica with 2.58 million views. Close behind, Chronic Law teams up with DJ MAC and CrashDummy on Badness Upgrade 2.0 (2.43M), while Skippa, alongside Feloni19 and Solitary, lands at No. 3 with Too Mad (2.39M).
Collaboration remains a key theme throughout the quarter, with tracks like Merkz’s Rich Mf featuring Feloni19 (No. 4) and Guh To Work by Khandy Brawling, DJ MAC, and CrashDummy (No. 5) pulling strong numbers. Other rising acts also make their mark, including Jamal’s Faada (No. 6), while Skippa returns solo with Pizzaman at No. 7. The lower half of the top 10 continues the collaborative trend, with Nhance, SUSPENSE, and DJ MAC’s Too Bad (No. 8) and Feloni19’s How Often (No. 9).
